mould cushions poor conditioner
the beachfront location was great , providing perfect sunsets.
I found the sun lounger cushions around the pools had mould. amenities in the room didn't feel very 5-star. The conditioner was poor. also, some beach towels were stained.

Really good Experience
fine hotel awesome food helpful staff
I stayed at this fine hotel and found it well maintained. The family pool was excellent and designed for both kids and adults. I found the food at the beach grill restaurant awesome, especially the seafood. I also appreciated that the chef and restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was well-equipped and included all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. It was spacious and beautifully decorated, with fresh towels provided daily. The air conditioning was efficient, and the room also featured a large bathroom and separate shower. I liked the comfortable bed and furnishings.

Excellent Hotel Experience
wide variety spacious room asian food professional team
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. Chef Ravi was attentive to detail. I appreciated the spacious, clean room. The swimming pool was quite large with warm water. Multiple restaurants provided many options. The Mystique restaurant stood out with great Asian food. I found the team members to be professional.

The resort includes multiple activity areas such as ping-pong tables, a large chess board, and a billiards table. There is also a wellness sanctuary, SOME offering sound healing, yoga, and reiki, allowing guests to fully embrace relaxation and self-connection.

The staff members are attentive and helpful, providing assistance without being intrusive, though some seem untrained. They addressed dietary requirements with vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free options at all services. Requests were promptly fulfilled.
