I found the sun lounger cushions around the pools had mould. amenities in the room didn't feel very 5-star. The conditioner was poor. also, some beach towels were stained.

I stayed at this fine hotel and found it well maintained. The family pool was excellent and designed for both kids and adults. I found the food at the beach grill restaurant awesome, especially the seafood. I also appreciated that the chef and restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. Chef Ravi was attentive to detail. I appreciated the spacious, clean room. The swimming pool was quite large with warm water. Multiple restaurants provided many options. The Mystique restaurant stood out with great Asian food. I found the team members to be professional.
